Toast and egg pudding

I used the leftover toast to make it.

Cut the toast scraps into cubes.

Beat milk, chicken and eggs.

Pour the mixed milk into the toast cubes and sprinkle some cranberries on top.

Place in the oven at 170°C for 25 minutes. Check in between to prevent the toast from getting burnt. You can cover it with tin foil.

The fragrant and glutinous pudding is ready to eat.
