Wash and dry 6 green chili peppers

Add about two tablespoons of peanut oil to the frying spoon. Heat the oil, add the green chili peppers to the pan, and stir-fry over medium heat

Stir-fry until the peppers become soft. Be sure to stir-fry constantly to avoid burning the pot

Once the peppers have softened, pour off the excess oil. (Tips: You can find a clean, oil-free bowl to hold it in and use it for other dishes)
