Ingredients: 6 grams of donkey-hide gelatin, 3 grams of quick-boiled white fungus, 5 grams of jujube slices, a few wolfberries, appropriate amount of rock sugar, 450 ml of water.

Crush donkey-hide gelatin and set aside.

Put white fungus, dates, wolfberry, donkey hide gelatin and water into the pot.
