Rinse the oysters, cut the green onion into sections, and slice the ginger

Put the oysters into the boiling water. When the soup becomes white and the oysters are tight and round, take them out

Remove all moisture and set aside

Heat oil, sauté ginger and scallion segments (mainly white scallions)
