Stir-fried oysters with ginger and green onion

  1. Rinse the oysters, cut the green onion into sections, and slice the ginger

  2. Put the oysters into the boiling water. When the soup becomes white and the oysters are tight and round, take them out

  3. Remove all moisture and set aside

  4. Heat oil, sauté ginger and scallion segments (mainly white scallions)

  5. Put the oysters into the pot and stir-fry slowly

  6. Add seasonings, stir-fry quickly over high heat, add green onion leaves

  7. It doesn’t take long, let the juice collect over high heat and serve on a plate
