Spinach Egg Roll
Overview
It was still bright while I was cooking, so I took pictures in natural light after cutting the egg rolls, which was pretty nice. Then I got a phone call and chatted for half an hour before it got dark. The finished picture was taken under lighting and is not as beautiful as natural light.

Add appropriate amount of salt to three eggs and mix thoroughly.

Wash the spinach and blanch it in boiling water.

Put in cold water.

Grind dry and chop into pieces.

Add to the egg mixture and mix thoroughly.

Brush the electric pan with oil, pour in the spinach and egg liquid, and cover it for 3 minutes.

Ripe.

Cut everything in half and prepare the ham.
