  3. Sieve the liquid, pour it into a container, and cover with plastic wrap. Pour cold water into the pot and steam over high heat for 15 minutes.

  5. Add dried raisins and red dates according to taste and it is ready to eat (I added a little brown sugar), or you can put it in the refrigerator to cool before eating.
