Okay, I confess, my original intention was just to use up the leftover eggs that day and the cracked milk yesterday... Super simple dessert.

Beat the eggs, add sugar and mix well.

Pour the milk into the egg mixture and stir evenly.

Sieve the liquid, pour it into a container, and cover with plastic wrap. Pour cold water into the pot and steam over high heat for 15 minutes.

Remove the plastic wrap.

Add dried raisins and red dates according to taste and it is ready to eat (I added a little brown sugar), or you can put it in the refrigerator to cool before eating.
