Just the right amount of flour.

Allow the chestnut, red dates, pumpkin and rice milk to warm, then add a spoonful of sugar to dissolve.

Pour in enough baking powder to dissolve.

Use chopsticks to stir into a fluffy consistency.

Knead into a moderately soft dough and let it ferment naturally.

Knead it into smooth steamed buns. When it was time to bake, my friend called and asked me to go out to play. I was a little anxious, so I put some warm water under it, which caused the dough to be incomplete. Add cold water and steam over medium heat for 25 minutes.

Because warm water is used to promote steaming, the steamed buns are not very smooth. But it was soft and chewy with a bit of sweetness, so my son ate 2 of them.
