Hot and sour shredded potato rice bowl
Overview
When I rented a house by myself, I didn’t learn how to cook, and I had no motivation to eat by myself. I often eat at roadside shops with one or a few of my friends. Commonly eaten rice noodle shops, covered restaurants, etc. One bowl can serve as both rice and dish. Come to think of it, it has been a long time since I went to the original place to eat these meals. I don’t know what I’m feeling, whether it’s the lack of freedom or the mature responsibility or something else. I have leftover rice from last night. My family doesn’t like my egg fried rice, so I’ll try it as a rice bowl this time. It’s so delicious^-^

Ingredients
Steps
-
Steam the leftover rice until it is hot, remember to touch the bottom of the bowl with oil, otherwise it will be difficult to release from the mold...
-
Grate the potatoes and soak them in water to remove excess starch
-
Mince the onion and garlic, and cut the green pepper into thin strips
-
Put oil in the pot, add a few peppercorns and minced onion and garlic and stir-fry
-
Add the shredded potatoes and stir-fry, adding water according to the situation, because the shredded potatoes have starch that sticks to the pan.
-
Add white vinegar (I put a lot of it, I like sour food, and white vinegar itself is not very sour.), green pepper shreds, salt, and chicken essence. Take out of the pot
-
Pour the rice onto a plate, top with fried shredded potatoes, and add a few slices of ham. Pair it with your favorite dipping sauce, salad dressing, or ketchup
