Mix everything except butter and knead until a film forms, leaving a little egg wash to brush the surface. Personally, I feel that there is no need to knead out the glove film. The dough will become very sticky during the kneading process, so don't add more flour and just go slowly.

Cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment outdoors. Mine took about an hour
-
Ferment until doubled
-
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes. Divide it into six equal parts. Roll one piece into an oval shape and wrap it in bean paste
-
Like making dumplings, pinch the edges tightly and roll them downwards. Use a knife to make a few slits. Roll the edges downwards and make a circle. Wrap with plastic wrap and ferment outdoors for 30 minutes
-
Preheat the oven for 5 minutes. Remove the plastic wrap and put it in the oven. Set the upper and lower temperature to 140 degrees for 25 minutes. In the last five minutes, take it out and brush with egg wash and sprinkle with coconut. Done
