Bacon and sauerkraut rolls
Overview
Today I suddenly missed the sour taste of sauerkraut, so I made this. The air fryer I used is super simple and has no fumes. I can’t cook a meal without getting tired. If you don't have an air fryer, you can use an oven, or you can fry it slowly in a pan, as deep frying is too greasy.

Cut the sauerkraut into thin strips and squeeze out the water.

Wrap the bacon tightly around the sauerkraut and secure with toothpicks.

Make all the bacon and sauerkraut wraps.

Put it in the air fryer and fry it for 10 minutes at 180°C, then sprinkle a layer of cumin, then turn it over and sprinkle another layer of cumin powder, and fry it for 8 minutes.

Bacon and sauerkraut rolls are out! If you like chili, sprinkle some chili powder. The fragrant bacon is paired with the sour sauerkraut. It’s fragrant and not greasy. Are you drooling? Hurry up and have a glass of wine to go with your meal.
