I bake a Guokui at home on weekends and add hot sauce. It’s delicious.

Chopped pepper leaves

Put flour, salt, yeast and five-spice powder into a basin, add water to form a dough

Let the dough double in size, take it out and roll it into a round cake

Brush the pan with oil

Flip one side until golden brown, prick some holes with a toothpick, and bake the other side until golden brown.

Cut into small pieces, add hot sauce and serve.
