Ingredients: 2 ribs, 2 pounds of Northeastern fried beans, 2 green onions, 3 cloves of garlic sliced, 2 slices of ginger, appropriate amounts of salt, sugar, and light soy sauce

Wash the ribs and soak them in water to remove the blood, blanch them in cold water, take them out and set aside.
