My mother made it before and it was very delicious. It is a common dish in our local area. Today my mother-in-law made it again and uploaded it to share with everyone!

I forgot to take pictures in the preliminary work. First, chop the meat into small pieces, just like dumpling fillings, add green onions, tofu (about a dollar's worth), salt, monosodium glutamate, and cooking wine and mix well.

Add sweet potato flour and some water and mix well.

Use a large spoon to form a round cake.

Fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides.

You can eat it directly or make soup.
