Curry Chicken
Overview
When making curry in the past, I always liked to stir-fry the curry paste myself. In order to save trouble this time, I just used McCormick's Curry Chicken Seasoning Packet. Unexpectedly, it turned out to be quite delicious, which made me change my skepticism about the seasoning packs.

Wash the chicken legs and chop into small pieces.

Peel and cut potatoes into cubes.

Seasoning packets are ready.

According to the instructions below, mix the seasoning powder with 400 grams of water and stir evenly.

Put oil in the pot, add potato cubes and fry until slightly brown.

Add chicken legs and fry until lightly browned.

Pour in the chicken curry sauce.

Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes, until the chicken and potatoes are tender.

Remove the lid and simmer over high heat until the soup thickens.
