Just after the New Year, I feel full after seeing meat, so eating vegetables is king now. Today, in order to regain everyone's appetite, I specially prepared this salted egg yolk baked corn for everyone. It is similar to the Jin Yu Man Tang we usually eat, but the taste is much more lively.
