Strawberry cake
Overview
For my son's birthday a few days ago, I made a simple birthday cake with only simple decorations. Unexpectedly, my son liked it very much.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Separate the egg yolks and put them into an oil-free and water-free container. Add the sugar and mix with a manual egg beater until it becomes fluffy.
-
Add corn oil and stir until completely combined.
-
Slowly add the milk, stirring as you go. Stir until smooth.
-
Sift in the low flour and mix evenly to form a grain-free egg yolk paste.
-
Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice into the egg whites.
-
Beat with a whisk until large peaks form.
-
Add 20 grams of white sugar, set the whisk to level 3 and beat until thick.
-
Add 20 grams of sugar for the second time.
-
Beat until wet and foamy.
-
Add 20 grams of sugar for the third time.
-
Beat until dry peaks form.
-
Add one-third of the egg whites to the egg yolk paste and mix evenly.
-
Pour the mixed egg yolk paste back into two-thirds of the egg whites, and use stir-frying techniques to stir it up and down until it is fluffy and fine without particles.
-
Pour into an 8-inch mold and shake a few times to remove air bubbles.
-
After preheating the oven, place it at 140 degrees and bake on the middle and lower racks for 1 hour.
-
Baking.
-
After baking, turn upside down and let cool.
-
Wash the strawberries and cut some into small pieces. Peel the mango and cut into small pieces.
-
Pour the light cream into a bowl, add sugar, and beat with a whisk until dry peaks form.
-
Cut the cake into two layers, spread one layer with whipped cream and add fruit pieces. (I don’t like cream very much, so I applied very little.)
-
Place another piece of cake and spread the remaining buttercream on it, which will be very rough since it is not decorated. (In fact, the technology is not good either^_^)
-
Just put some fruit on it.
