Ingredients: Chicken legs (washed), prunes (washed), soybean protein (soaked until soft)

Place the washed chicken legs on the chopping board and chop into pieces.

Then, blanch the chopped chicken legs in a pot of water and take them out.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the blanched chicken legs and stir-fry.

Then, add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce.

Stir fry.

Then, add the soaked soybean protein and washed prunes and stir-fry.

Finally, add appropriate amount of water.

Add appropriate amount of sugar.
