Add appropriate amount of yeast powder to the dough and mix well, cover and let rise.

Onions, mozzarella cheese, diced ham sausage, peeled and diced tomatoes

Lift the pot and melt some butter

Add garlic and saute until fragrant

Stir-fry onions

When the onion is slightly soft, add the tomatoes

Stir-fry evenly, add tomato paste, sugar, salt and a small amount of water, season and stir-fry evenly, simmer over low heat until the onions and tomatoes are soft and the water dries up

After the sauce is allowed to dry, mix well with ham sausage and diced cheese and set aside

Let the dough rise until doubled in size, knead again and set aside

Add a small amount of dough, roll it out into a dough that is thin on the outside and thick on the inside, add as much filling as possible

Shape into buns

Gently press evenly without rolling again to prevent the filling from squeezing out

After the dough has risen again, put it into an electric baking pan and bake
