Healthy Chicken Soup
Overview
Chicken soup is nutritious and nourishing. Sometimes I feel that if the soup is cooked for too long, the nutrients of the ingredients will be lost. Using a pressure cooker saves time while retaining the deliciousness of the ingredients, and achieves the effectiveness of high-temperature sterilization. This is just my personal opinion. Friends who love chicken soup may wish to give it a try.
