I didn't plan to upload it originally, but I think the taste and color are good. In the first two steps, wash the shrimp, remove the shrimp lines, remove the water, then add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, salt, and marinate for 10-15 minutes. Then add a handful of flour and a handful of cornstarch until evenly distributed.
