Overview
I have always liked eating fried steak. Every time I pass by a place selling fried steak, I am attracted by the unique aroma. But every time I worry that the meat outside is unsafe and the oil is not clean. I bought the ingredients at home and made it several times... it’s quick and easy and tastes delicious

Fried ribs and plated

Set aside the wrapped ribs. Heat oil in a pan and fry (I forgot to take photos during the frying process) until golden brown and remove

Mix cooking wine, salt, onion, ginger, eggs and cornstarch and marinate for a while

Pour the bread crumbs into the container, and wrap the marinated ribs in the bread crumbs one by one
