Overview

I have always liked eating fried steak. Every time I pass by a place selling fried steak, I am attracted by the unique aroma. But every time I worry that the meat outside is unsafe and the oil is not clean. I bought the ingredients at home and made it several times... it’s quick and easy and tastes delicious

  1. Fried ribs and plated

  2. Set aside the wrapped ribs. Heat oil in a pan and fry (I forgot to take photos during the frying process) until golden brown and remove

  3. Mix cooking wine, salt, onion, ginger, eggs and cornstarch and marinate for a while

  4. Pour the bread crumbs into the container, and wrap the marinated ribs in the bread crumbs one by one
