Cartoon pattern dorayaki
Overview
Ever since my baby watched Doraemon, the teacher asked me what Ding Dong’s favorite food was. Everyone on earth knows this. I had some free time this morning, so I made some. Made some heart-shaped ones and traditional ones. When I had nothing to do, I drew a few small patterns on it with whipped cream. I don’t have much artistic talent, so my painting is indeed not very good. Please forgive me!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Add 40 grams of white sugar to two eggs, add a plate with hot water underneath, and beat the eggs.
-
Beat until the egg liquid dripping when you lift the egg beater will stop immediately.
-
Sift in the low-gluten flour and mix evenly with a rubber spatula.
-
Preheat the pan on the gas stove and turn down the heat.
-
Place the heart-shaped mold in a lightly preheated pan and pour in the egg batter. Flip after some bubbles appear on the surface.
-
Make them one by one and put them on the plate.
-
Add some sugar, whip the whipped cream, put it into a piping bag, cut a small opening with scissors, and draw some random patterns.
-
Once I made 5 of them, I drew 5 different patterns.
