Prepare materials.

Soak sago in boiling water for 15 minutes. (Be sure to stir when adding boiling water)

Take out the sago and rinse it with cold water several times to drain the water.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil (must boil), add sago, cook until the sago is slightly hard, then turn off the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.

Remove the sago with a strainer, rinse repeatedly with cold water to remove the mucus, and put it into a container for later use.

Mix sago with milk and add a little honey and refrigerate.

Use a melon baller to scoop out the pulp of the cantaloupe, peel off the skin of the grapes, put it back into the cantaloupe, top it with honey beans and pour the milk sago over it.
