Prepare the noodles for later use

Water chestnut bamboo shoots are a unique product from southern Zhejiang and northern Fujian. They are extremely delicious. Buy one for later use.

Arrange the water chestnuts, carrots and beans and cut them into strips for later use

Cut the pork belly into small pieces and set aside

Place the noodles in a pot of boiling water and remove from the boiling water.

Pour the noodles out into cold water and drain them for later use

Heat another pan, add the oil and stir-fry the pork belly

When the pork belly is oily and changes color, add garlic and onions and stir-fry

Add the beans and stir-fry continuously

Add sauce, starch, oyster sauce, sugar, cooking wine and water to make a juice and set aside
