Add salt to flour and mix well. Pour in boiling water first, mix well with chopsticks, then pour in warm water, mix well and knead into dough.

Grease your hands, divide the dough into 6 portions, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 40 minutes.

Take a piece of dough and roll it into a pancake, apply some oil, sprinkle a little dry flour and spread evenly, then fold it in half as shown.

After folding it in half as shown above, fold it in half again, stretch it out, and roll it up with more layers, and then wake up for 10 minutes.

Add vegetable oil to the pot, roll out the dough slightly, and fry over medium-low heat until both sides are golden brown.
