Overview

The native chicken is nutritious and delicious. It’s so big that I eat two chickens. I braise part of the chicken and drink the rest for stew

  1. Blanch it with water

  2. Pour water into a casserole and add onion and ginger

  3. Bring to a boil over high heat, simmer for one hour, add salt and simmer for ten minutes
