Overview

Because I have an annual pass, I have been to Meihua Mountain three times this year. Every time I go there I have the urge to bring a few back, but unfortunately I can’t. I secretly picked a few flowers and made them into delicacies to comfort me 😂😂

Steps

  1. Prepare the ingredients and soak the fish gelatin sheets in cold water until soft.

  2. Wash the strawberries and remove the stems, puree them in a food processor and sift to remove particles.

  3. Strain the water from the soaked isinglass and add it to the milk. Melt the isinglass in the microwave on high heat for 30 seconds. Add sugar and strawberry puree, mix well and let cool.

  4. Put the light cream in a water-free and oil-free container and whip until 7 points.

  5. Add the milk mixture to the cream and mix well.

  6. Pour into molds and refrigerate for at least two hours.

  7. Decorate with plum blossoms.
