Overview

I bought a few steaks and came back to practice plating them. Today I made sirloin steak, which was fried to 8-minute rare. If you like it a little tender, you can shorten the frying time

  1. Peel the dragon fruit and slice into long arcs

  2. Cut a few ultra-thin cucumber slices, cut a radius, and roll them up to make flowers

  3. Heat the pan over medium-low heat. When the pan is slightly hot, add butter and brush the bottom of the pan. Add the defrosted steak and fry this side for 3 minutes

  4. Flip and fry for another 2 minutes

  5. Place on a plate and garnish with some salad dressing on your fingers

  6. Put the sauce packets into the pot, add half a bowl of water, mix well and bring to a boil
