Wash the chicken wings and blanch them in water. Set aside.

Prepare the curry.

Add appropriate amount of rock sugar to the cold oil in the pot and stir-fry until the sugar color turns out.

Add chicken wings and fry on both sides until set.

Add chopped green onion and fill with appropriate amount of water.

Add a large piece of curry, enough water, bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over low heat.

Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt and five-spice powder cooking wine to taste. When the soup thickens, turn off the heat.
