It would be better to use a casserole. After putting it in the casserole, you can put some millet pepper and chives to make it look better.

Steps

  1. Soak the yuba and cut it, wash the seafood mushrooms, and dice the tomatoes (the tomatoes are cut into one, not just the one in the picture).

  2. Boil the water and blanch the seafood and mushrooms.

  3. Beat the eggs, pour into the yuba and mix well.

  4. Put oil in the pan and fry the yuba and eggs until golden brown.

  5. Serve in bowls.

  6. Put appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add onion and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

  7. Add tomatoes and stir-fry.

  8. Pour in the seafood mushrooms and yuba.

  9. Pour in appropriate amount of water, salt and oyster sauce. Cover and cook over high heat for 6 minutes.

  10. Garnish with chives and chilies. (You can also skip the pepper)
