Black and white sesame crispy pieces
Overview
Someone had previously requested to make Junzhi's biscuits, but the biscuits needed to be frozen and molded, which was time-consuming, so they were put on hold. While there's nothing else to do, let's try this biscuit. It doesn't use much oil, but it's still very crispy, because sesame itself is a big oil producer. The amount of flour is not large, and it tastes full of sesame flavor. I replaced the butter with peanut oil because I was too lazy to melt the butter, and the aroma of peanuts mixed with sesame seeds makes it even more fragrant
