Wash the green peppers and cut them into shreds; crack the eggs into a bowl and add a little salt to break them up.

Heat the wok and pour in the vegetable oil.

After the oil is hot, pour in the egg liquid and spread it out.

When the surface of the eggs is slightly burnt, break them into pieces with a spatula and set aside.

Pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil into the pot. (I didn’t wash the pot...)

After the oil is hot, add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add green peppers and stir-fry quickly.

After the green pepper shreds are broken, add an appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly.
