Prepare the ingredients: as shown in the picture.

Wash the pangasius and marinate it with some salt and pepper for a while.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and place the bread crumbs on a plate.

Dip the marinated fish pieces into the egg mixture.

Then add a layer of bread crumbs and press slightly to firm up.

Place in air fryer and fry at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.

We can't waste the remaining egg liquid, fry it in the oil pan.

If the burger embryo is refrigerated, heat it in the oven before eating. Coat the bottom of the burger with sweet and spicy sauce.

Place the fried fish pieces and pour on the salad dressing (forgot to take a photo).

Place the fried eggs on top and top with your favorite sauce.
