Pisces is auspicious----braised crucian carp
Overview
Crucian carp has tender meat, sweet taste, and high nutritional value. Each 100 grams of meat contains 13 grams of protein, 11 grams of fat, and a large amount of calcium, phosphorus, iron and other minerals. Our family usually uses it to make soup or braise. Today's braised crucian carp should be a must-have dish for our chef's family during the holidays, and it is very particular. It is usually cooked in pairs. I don't know why. This dish is still a must-order dish for a colleague who comes to our house. One time during a meal, he said that he thought the fish in the cafeteria was pretty good before, but after eating it at our house, he couldn't eat the fish in the cafeteria. It was so shameful. This dish is simple to make but tastes quite good.
