Yes, with this bread machine in the future, you can use wifi magic to create more delicious food! The night I received the bread machine, I first tried the fermentation function. Yogurt often appears on my dining table. I used to use a pressure cooker to make yogurt. The water temperature would be too high accidentally, and the keeping time was short. It had to be reheated again in the middle. It was really troublesome. Now I have a Magic Cloud bread machine connected to wifi, which saves time and worry. I can have yogurt when I wake up in the morning!

First bake the bread barrel for 10 minutes, sterilize it at high temperature, and let it cool naturally. Prepare pure milk and yogurt starter cultures. (If there is no starter, you can use 100ml of old yogurt bought in the supermarket instead)

Pour the starter into the bread bucket.

Pour in pure milk.

Turn on the dough button and stir for one minute to allow the milk starter to be fully mixed. (You can use chopsticks to stir, it must be sterilized)

Select menu button 15 yogurt, set the bread machine to 8 hours, and press the start button.
