Cranberry Cookies
Overview
I have been learning to bake for two years, and what I make most are cakes. This is the second time I have made this easy-to-use cranberry biscuit. Because it uses a large amount of butter and needs to be added with sugar, it is very easy to get bored after eating two more pieces, which affects the appetite for dinner. Children should eat in moderation.

Have all materials ready.

Add the softened butter at room temperature to the sugar and stir evenly.

Add egg mixture and mix well.

Add dried cranberries and cake flour and mix well.

Knead into dough.

Shape into 3cm square strips and wrap with plastic wrap.

Refrigerate for 40 minutes, then take out and slice. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 5 minutes.

Bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes. The whole house is filled with the aroma of milk. Before the biscuits have cooled down, my husband and son can’t wait to eat them.
