Cut and wash the garlic sprouts and set aside for later use. Slice or shred the pork belly. (I am not good at knife skills, haha)

After the oil is hot, stir-fry the meat until it is eight or nine times cooked. Then add a spoonful of soy sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.

Then pour the garlic sprouts into the pot and stir-fry. Remember not to add water, the garlic sprouts will become watery.

It takes about 5 minutes to stir-fry. You can control the heat yourself.
