Parmesan Pearl Yellow Polenta
Overview
Pearl yellow corn is a traditional old variety, small-grained yellow corn. This kind of rice has small and round grains, golden and translucent color, and looks like crystal yellow pearls. It is euphemistically called pearl yellow corn by Shouxiang people. It does not use pesticides and chemical fertilizers and is not subject to any pollution. Bama’s corn is rich in nutrients. The porridge made from yellow corn is yellow and orange. It is very delicious, soft, glutinous and tender, and a layer of rice oil formed during the photo taking. The person in my family who doesn't like eating whole grains the most, after taking a bite, picked up the big bowl and drank it all.
