Cold tomatoes
Overview
In summer, I like to eat cold tomatoes the most. They are sour and sweet and very delicious. Tomatoes are rich in carotene, vitamin C and B vitamins. It has the effects of producing fluid and quenching thirst, strengthening the stomach and digestion, clearing away heat and detoxifying, cooling blood and calming the liver, enriching blood and nourishing blood and increasing appetite. Eating raw can supplement vitamin C, and eating cooked can supplement antioxidants. (
