Ingredients
Steps
-
All ingredients (papaya, milk, gelatine powder, fine sugar)
-
Add sugar and gelatine powder to the milk and let it sit for a few minutes
-
Cut off a small part of the top of the papaya (about an inch long, you can see the papaya seeds)
-
Use a small spoon or baller to hollow out the inner pulp and black seeds of papaya (papaya seeds have a bitter taste, so be sure to scoop them out so as not to affect the taste)
-
This is the hollowed out papaya (you can skip this step)
-
Heat the milk ② with gelatine powder and sugar over low heat until both are completely melted and stir well
-
Use kitchen paper to absorb the bubbles on the surface of the milk or filter it through a strainer
-
Pour the cool milk jelly liquid into the hollowed-out papaya (before pouring, take a small bowl to fix the bottom of the papaya so that it can stand firmly😜)
-
Then cover the top of the previously cut papaya, secure all sides with toothpicks, and put it in the refrigerator (at least 3 hours)
-
After 3 hours, take it out of the refrigerator and cut into pieces for consumption
-
Children like it very much
