Cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms

After washing, scald slightly with boiling water and drain

Flatten the garlic cloves in advance, take off the shell, wash and chop. Cut the peppers and green onions (not photographed here). Heat the oil in a pot. Pour into the minced garlic while it is hot. Add a small amount of salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and a little water and mix well

Spread the sauce on top of the enoki mushrooms, sprinkle with chopped green onion and chopped chilies

Before putting the enoki mushrooms into the oven, cover them with tin foil, then preheat the oven, middle and upper layers, and bake at 220°C for about 12 minutes
