  1. Cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms

  2. After washing, scald slightly with boiling water and drain

  5. Before putting the enoki mushrooms into the oven, cover them with tin foil, then preheat the oven, middle and upper layers, and bake at 220°C for about 12 minutes
