Ingredients: Boiled shrimp, potatoes (washed and peeled), pickled vegetables (washed and cut)

Place the washed and peeled potatoes on a cutting board and cut them into pieces, set aside.

Peel the boiled shrimps and remove the meat. Set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add chopped potatoes and stir-fry.

Then, add the pickled vegetables and stir-fry.

Next, add some water and boil until the potatoes are cooked and soft.
