Taro, ham and meat floss sandwich
Overview
I tried making taro and purple sweet potato toast, and the color and taste were beautiful. Because I was trying it out, I didn’t make a recipe, but I felt that this toast was really delicious, so I made this sandwich using the prepared toast. It is also a super energy sandwich, especially suitable for office workers to make breakfast. Pair it with a cup of milk or yogurt and some fruit, and it will have enough energy for the whole morning

Ingredients
Steps
-
The taro and purple sweet potato toast I tried was very soft and tasted great
-
Cut off the four sides of the toast
-
Slightly fry the ham slices on both sides to make them taste more delicious. Of course it’s okay not to fry it.
-
The ham slices are a bit big, so trim them according to the size of the toast slices
-
A piece of toast and a slice of ham
-
Homemade pork floss, add appropriate amount of salad dressing
-
Mix it up so that the floss can be easily formed and docile
-
Spread pork floss on the toast
-
Put the floss on the bottom, press the ham on top, and put a piece of toast on top
-
Because after placing the ingredients, there will be a big gap in the toast, so press it from above with your hands to make the toast pieces stick tightly. Because the toast is very soft but very elastic, it sticks tightly after being pressed, but the toast is still very fluffy
-
Put the eggs and milk in a bowl and mix thoroughly
-
Spread the egg custard all around the stacked sandwich including the top and bottom
-
This is a sandwich covered in custard
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes, put the second layer in the oven and bake for about 7 minutes
-
Then take it out and put a slice of cheese on top
-
Continue to bake for about 3 minutes. I specially used two kinds of cheese slices today, and one slice of cheese turned brown. Finally I know which cheese is better
-
Toast the sandwich and cut it diagonally into triangles.
