Steamed vegetables - shredded carrots
Overview
The steamed vegetables are soft and warm, less oily and healthy. However, there were very few ingredients for steaming vegetables. After pondering for a long time, I finally successfully steamed the shredded carrots, which gave me a small sense of accomplishment.

Choose two carrots, wash and peel them.

Slice carrots diagonally and then into thin strips.

Sprinkle a little salt evenly on the carrot shreds, let it sit for ten minutes, and squeeze out the water.

Add a little cooking oil to the water-removed carrot shreds, add cornmeal and mix well, then mix with as much flour as possible.

Place the steamer on the basket, boil the water and steam the shredded carrots mixed with flour for ten minutes.

After the steamed carrot shreds have cooled slightly, mix them with sesame oil and garlic juice to make it sweet and salty.
