Last time I was a guest at my mother’s colleague’s house and she made this for us to eat, so I went to the kitchen to ask for advice! Delicious and easy to make things to share!

Dice carrots, green onions, and ham and set aside.

Add three tablespoons each of flour and cornstarch to appropriate amount of water and mix well.

After mixing well, add the eggs and continue mixing.

Fry the carrots (add an appropriate amount of salt) and ham separately and add them to the stirred powder. Pour in the chopped green onion. Add an appropriate amount of salt, MSG or chicken essence and stir evenly.

Just put it in a pan and add enough oil to fry it! Use a shovel to gently shovel it to prevent it from burning, and remember to make it look a little solid before turning it over. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a pan. You can pour the stirred ingredients into the pan several times, and it will be delicious!
