Seafood Pizza
Overview
This is my third pizza. In the past few times, the ingredients were placed in the wrong order. There were too many ingredients and not enough cheese, causing the crust to separate from the filling. It turns out that it is better to put the watery vegetables on the top layer. During the roasting process, the vegetable juices and cheese melt together, and the taste is very good. They are all simple ingredients, and there is no specially made pizza sauce. Just make do with it and don’t be fooled

Ingredients
Steps
-
Knead into a smooth and soft dough using the post-oil method, and the expansion stage is enough. After fermentation has doubled in size, deflate and shape into thick edges and thin middle. This nine-inch plate is just right.
-
Apply ketchup and leave the edges unpainted. This is for my son’s helper, so don’t be dissatisfied.
-
Spread the cheese evenly, leaving a portion for the second layer
-
Arrange small sausages on the edge
-
Place cooked squid rings on top
-
Place the boiled shrimps
-
Spread the remaining cheese and sprinkle with the boiled vegetable cubes. You can add some salt and cook together, because I didn't add any seasoning during the whole process, and the shrimp and squid itself have a salty taste. Preheat the oven and bake at 210 degrees for 20 minutes.
-
Sprinkle some bonito flakes and take it out of the oven. In fact, you can also squeeze on salad dressing and sprinkle some seaweed strips for a better flavor.
