Gray vegetable dumplings
Overview
In spring, a lot of gray vegetables appeared in my mother's yard. Although they are wild vegetables, they are very nutritious. My son doesn't like to eat cold salad, so I only use them to make dumplings.

Take the young leaves of gray vegetables and wash them well.

I bought the meat filling ready-made. If you like meat, you can use more. If you don't like meat, you can use less.

Add salt and soy sauce to the chopped ash vegetables and meat filling and mix thoroughly.

Remove from the pot after cooking. Although the bag doesn't look good, it tastes good. Two men in my family destroyed most of it, and the rest will be fried and eaten tomorrow morning.
