Homemade mung bean sprouts
Overview
Although there are various machines that can easily make bean sprouts, it is not troublesome to do it by hand. The materials only require simple mung beans, water, and a container. It is as simple as watering the plants at home every day, and you can harvest them in a week. How convenient~~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the mung beans, pick out the broken beans, and soak them in water for 12 hours
-
Take it out the next day, pour out the soaking water, take a piece of clean gauze, wet it slightly, and cover it
-
Spray some water and let the gauze soak on the sides, but don't let too much water accumulate at the bottom. Place it in a dark place and spray water twice a day in the morning and evening
-
In the first 1 or 2 days, the beans will burst open and sprout some small sprouts, and then they will continue to grow taller (because they need to be protected from light, and the bean sprouts will turn red when exposed to a little light, so I didn’t take them out to take pictures. This is what they looked like on the 7th day. The gauze was so high that they were ready to eat, so I took them out to take pictures)
-
At 9 days, the gauze can no longer cover it and it is ready to eat
