Wash the potatoes and cut them into slightly thick slices, put them into a steamer and steam them over low heat for 30 minutes;

Take out the steamed potatoes and press them into mashed potatoes;

Add appropriate amount of milk and stir into a soft paste;

Scoop up with an ice cream scoop and place in a bowl;

Pour 5g butter, 2 spoons of oyster sauce, a little pepper, 1 spoon of starch and water into a milk pot and cook over low heat until it becomes a thick soup;

Pour over mashed potatoes and serve hot;
