Cold Enoki Mushrooms

My son said he wanted to eat enoki mushrooms today. After buying them, he thought it was so hot, so he would eat them cold! ^_^

Steps

1. 1 Blanch the enoki mushrooms

   

2. 2 Take the enoki mushrooms out, rinse them with cold water, and squeeze them dry

   

3. 3 Cut the cucumber and put the cucumber inside the enoki mushrooms

   

4. 4 Add seasonings and it’s ready to eat
